SUSTAINABLE PANELS OPTIMIZING MANUFACTURING PROCESSES​
The current mission of industrial companies is to discover new products to support their growth while having a positive impact on the environment. By using a thermoplastic foam made from recycled bottles, AV Composites is not only succeeding in this mission, but is providing an opportunity for other industries to contribute to this effort. Concretely, in 2021, the manufacturing of our sustainable panels has allowed the recycling of 6 million plastic bottles.
Save valuable manufacturing time and costs with our sustainable panels. Cutting and assembling extrusions is an important part of the shutter, garage door and fence manufacturing process. Compared to 100% extruded aluminum solutions, the use of panels requires little or no cutting. Assembly is fast and does not vary according to the size of the parts. For instance, it only takes 10 minutes to assemble an aluminum decorative shutter regardless of its size.
